serious sam 2 hdr

for some reason the HDR rendering in serious sam 2 wont stay on... I turn it on and then it goes right back to off.. I know my system is more than capable of handling this, anyone got any suggestions?

oh yah and i forgot to mention I am running the catalyst 5.9 drivers
