Hey guys -

One more mobo-related question to throw at you today -

Anybody know of any nice resource site that basically lists/tracks all available mobos as they are released with their features listed?

There's a ton out there and having fallen behind on this stuff, I'm finding it overwhelming to catch-up overnight so I can decide on the best new board for me.

Thanks.

Mike

I was lookin around for a site like that too, but I just go around reading reviews now...and browsing newegg...

www.anandtech.com
www.hardocp.com
www.tomshardware.com

all are great sites!

Thanks Shade, but I've been to all of those. I was really looking for a site that maintains one big database of everything and tracks all the new stuff as it's released.

Anyhow, I've made my current purchase and got my stuff just a couple of hours ago - so, going to upgrade!

Thanks :)

Hey Curious - I ended up getting the ASRock939-Dual. I'm really happy with it - I think they did a great job laying out the board and keeping things simple. Quality appears to be excellent.

I can only compare to my prior Gigabyte mobo which I thought was really horribly engineered overall.

If you factor in the price as well as it's quality and functionality, it's an exceptional purchase.

I simply wish there were more on-board SATA ports, so I'll have to add a card in the near future. Since the board has a PCIe x1 slot and there are suddenly a bunch of SATA boards that utilize that slot, looks like I'm in good shape.
