I have a SB Live! Value and have a set of USB speakers set up on it and through the USB port. I want to hook up another pair of speakers and thought that this card supported 2 sets of speakers but cannot get my Gateway speakers to work.
If I plug either set to the green plug on the sound card (sc) they work fine. If I unplug a set and try to use them in any of the other 3 plugs I get nothing. Is there something wrong with my card or does the Value only support one set? I have tried the USB set through the USB only but don't get audio from cds. Any help is appreciated. Thanks-dave
