How come I constantly get PCI Communication Device driver missing.
How do I get it to work? I don't have any CD with the original drivers for the mobo!
And I can't get any Internet connection even though I have installed the driver for the built-in Davicom LAN.

Its probably your onboard modem . If your not using it , you can disable it in the bios or Device Manager.

Yes there is - at least the engine is there. You got a CMI8738 sound/modem combo chip on that board. The "DAA module" line interface card might be missing, but the modem engine is still there. If you indeed don't have the card, you best disable the modem function - either by BIOS control or onboard jumper.
