I've installed a 2nd HDD Quantum as slave in my system and the Award bios in detecting this as 8.4 Gb. Also in Windows 98 I have the message that only 8.4Gb is available. What can I do to solve this? (upgrade the motherboard BIOS, repartitioning the HDD,...) Please help.

Chances are your BIOS only supports up to 8.4GB

I will do the update of my AWARD BIOS and I will reply if everything is OK.
