Man ofice 2000 won't install!
Can anyone help me?

this is what it says

isnt working! |) If you are human an can figure out this error, I would love to fly and meet you wherever you may be.
The details are normally usless, although the MSIEXEC.EXE some one may know what that is.

The information in this article applies to:

Microsoft Office 2000

SYMPTOMS

When you install Microsoft Office 2000, you receive the following error message:

This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut
down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

If you click Details, you receive an error message similar to the following

MSIEXEC caused an invalid page fault in module MSIEXEC.EXE at
015f:00400288.

followed by the previous error message.


CAUSE

This problem occurs if your computer is infected with the Win95.CIH virus.


RESOLUTION

You can remove the virus by obtaining the latest version of an anti-virus program.

uh oh thats a REAL BAD VIRII! I had it,I know the latest version of Norton Anti Virii gets rid of it, if you have an old anti-virii prog/none then you should seriously consider getting norton and live-updating it as mych as possible.
