When the computer is booting up, I keep getting a message (right before the windows splash screen comes up) saying:
"WARNING: SPD not found on DIMM(s) 3"

What does this mean?
My system is a P2 350 on a BH6 motherboard. I have 64 meg ram, 10.4 gig HD (generic IDE), 32X CD ROM (Aopen), velocity 4400 TNT video card, SB128 sound card, lucent v90 modem.
I'm using windows 98.
My computer seems to be running fine, so what is this warning about??!

The serial presence detect (SPD) eeprom is
an option for SDRAM.

This small eeprom allows the BIOS to recognize the memory module and not require
a memory check upon bootup. Your motherboard may have a setting to check for SPD, but your SDRAM does not contain this eeprom.
Try changing your BIOS setting to not check for SPD when booting.
