What program do you guys use to re-size mp3 files to fit on a portable music player or cell phone to put more music on it?

Mp3Resizer was one of the best, but it's trial-ware and stops after 15 days.

I just save them as .wav files using soundforce then re-encode them at whatever bitrate/VBR/channels etc that I require.
