Right now I have a Nvidia GeForce3 Ti200 Golden Sample installed but when ever I view a picture both on the net and off I get these little green dots or pixels all over the image. Could this be a graphics card problem?

Many thanks! :t

Is this just pictures??? Is anything else effected??? A dieing Vid card could have many causes.

Are u overclocking ? if so, set it back to default speed.

When was the last time u cleaned the card? Heat can cause weird things an a cloged fan doesn't help! Oh! while ur at it u can clean the rest of the system :)

Re-seat the card. Reseat all cards an plugs.

Hows the PS, a dieing PS can do it too..

Nothing else is affected just images. Video is okay and the green speck event doesn't happen everytime it is random.

Thanks!

Update your drivers? Or in somecases, downgrade your drivers. Sometimes the newer sets don't work well with older cards.
