Zoom V.34X Model 470 & Fax Software

I downloaded fax software titled MightyFAX and was able to get it to work with a Hayes Accura modem but unable to work with a ZOOM V.34X Model 470. When I try to locate the modem with the software it tells me no modem found. This same modem works with DUN 1.3 used to connect to my ISP. Anyone have any experience with these products. I have exhausted the software support (they were fast and offered a couple of suggestions but understandably do not want to spend much time on this problem)
