Can't get the Camera Wizard to work with my internal usb card reader. It should auto start when a smart media card is placed in the slot for my G drive. I've tried to change the properties in the preferences of the G drive to no avail. It keeps reverting back to its original settings... Not sure how to resolve this. My wife is having a hard time having to create a folder in the "My Pictures" folder and then manually copy and paste from the G drive each time she wants to download pictures. I've googled till I've dropped.... Any ideas? Shouldn't the camera wizard work with a usb smartmedia drive? I'm stumped....

Smart cards are just USB drives to Windows. Only if the camera is directly connected to the PC will Windows open the Camera Wizard.
Try using Picasa or FastStone to manage photos:

They both beat the pants off of the Camera Wizard.

Although it's not free...Adobe PhotoShop elements is pretty darned good too.
It has an automatic camera wizard...nicer than XP's...and probably gives you all the options the proggie's Bill mentioned and then some.
But...it's not as confusing OR cumbersome as a full blown photoshop.
Just a thought...
