1. THE COMPUTER WAS ABLE TO BOOT NORMALLY PRIORLY BEFORE USING DELUXE SYSTEM COMMANDAR.
2. INSTALLED DELUXE SYSTEM COMMANDAR AND WORKED PROPERLY AND DID ALL PROCEDURES CORRECTLY.
3. FORMATTED THE HARD DRIVE, BUT DIDNT REMOVE DELUXE SYSTEM COMMANDAR USING THIER UNINSTALLATION PROGRAM WHICH CAUSED ME NOT TO BE ABLE TO BOOT NORMALLY ANYMORE...
4. NOW ONLY ABLE TO BOOT WHEN HAVING DELUXE SYSTEM COMMANDAR INSTALLED, OTHER WISE WONT BOOT NORMALLY....
5. THE COMPUTER USING IS A GATEWAY 2000 HANDBOOK 486SX 33 MHZ 8MB OF RAM AND 512MB HARD DRIVE, WITH A EXTERNAL DISKETTEE DRIVE...

VERY LOCO - can you turn off your caps lock when writing...it's considered shouting.

At the C prompt you can issue the command:
fdisk /mbr

See if that works. There are also some lines put into your config.sys or autoexec.bat (can't remember which or both) that should be removed. If the uninstall program for System Commander doesn't remove them, you may have to do it manually.

Are you issuing the uninstall command from c:\scin ??

delete partitions, reformat your drive, then format your partiion for fat 16, install system commander, then install all of your other os's. I run system commander and no problems, been running it for about a year and no problems.
