It all depends on what you have done to your computer and if you do alot of gaming. Is it overclocked? Do you play lot's of vid card/cpu demanding games? If so, then yes add as much cooling as you can. If not, then yeah I'd add at least one more to the back to help draw the warm air out.
I have 8 fans in my Mid-Tower ATX. Overkill? Maybe. But my system runs cool and I don't have to worry.

Out,out, out! All ATX airflow should go from bottom front to rear top. Some of the newest high performance cases have a large fan on the rear top of the case. This draws cooler air to the CPU and Ram sticks. If your crafty, you can do this yourself. Also, get a slot cooler for your Banshee. There's a new one that uses a "squirrel cage" setup instead of a blade setup. It moves a lot of air and it's quiet.[url]thetechzone.com[url]. So, with 2 fans you'll be "Cool", unless as NavyDood asked,"Are you into any serious overclocking?"

I've got a case fan in the lower front blowing in and a ATX power supply fan blowing out. I've got an area in the middle back of the case for an 80mm fan (I presume most ATX cases have this). Right now I presume the flow over the cpu (upper right of board) is pretty poor. If I add a fan blowing out in the area described above, the airflow over the cpu would be even worse. How about having it blow in? The air would blow over my Banshee AGP card and into the middle area of my case. I would think that the flow of cooler air over my cpu would be better.
Any thoughts. I figure that since all the ATX cases I've seen have this same setup somebody's determined the best fan setup to go with it.
Any info appreciated.
