Does anyone know how to get rid of a CMOS password on a Toshiba 2060CDS? We have tried removing the CMOS battery for about 15mins and nothing changed. Any quick ideas?

This is a Toshiba 2060. I called the tech support line and the woman I talked to said that it had to be sent in for warranty repair because they use a special tool to remove the password. Really all I need is to know how it's done so that I can try to do it. I'm very familiar with the hardware in the unit and have rebuilt it several times in the past.... SysOpt.com
