Does anyone know how to get rid of a CMOS password on a Toshiba 2060CDS? We have tried removing the CMOS battery for about 15mins and nothing changed. Any quick ideas?

I know im a newbie but dos it have any jumper or dip switch the psw. if not I have a friend with a panasonic and he knows it like the back of his hand and ill get in touch in a day or less

No DIP switches and no jumpers near the CMOS battery. This is a Toshiba 2060. I called the tech support line and the woman I talked to said that it had to be sent in for warranty repair because they use a special tool to remove the password. Really all I need is to know how it's done so that I can try to do it. I'm very familiar with the hardware in the unit and have rebuilt it several times in the past....
