Please help!!! Phanta Link ( MOTOROLA SM56 ) modem..

My Motorola modem SM56 keeps on disconnecting me.. I dunoo if it's a driver problem.. I got the build 70... Please help me out.. And also I heard that the older drivers ( build 67 or 672 ) is better than the recent one.. Please help me.. I really really need help.. If you have any info or knows anything about thIS modem.. I kinda like the transfer rate for this one (47333/sec lowest I encountered), so please.. Please help me out..
My systems specs.
K6-2 450 mhz
64MB RAM
EPOX MVP3C motherboard
PCI soundcard
CL 3D blaster banshee

Make sure the "Disconnect if idle for __seconds" is not checked. I do not know your computer abilities but there are at least three places up have to uncheck this. I say where but im a lazzy typer.

Thanks Death To Mel, but it's already unchecked... /forum/frown.gif that's why I feel so stucked, coz this modem is cracking me up.. I mean I've seen a lot of bad things about this modem on a lot of forums, but some of them got this thing working..They say that it's just a driver problem... Please help me out... Thanks....
