Ok so i have 2 laptops and 2 desktops all connected either wireless or through an ethernet cable to the same router and i want to setup a home network. i've gone through the setup and i can see the other PCs but it always says:
"\\<name of PC> is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of the server to find out if you have access permissions.
The network path was not found."

In Windows Explorer!
right-click any folder\drive you want to share & select "Sharing & Security", read the options in the box that appears and choose your weapon.
