wallpaper position on desktop (in win95)

i know i've seen a registry hack for changing where on the desktop you want your wallpaper positioned, but i can't find it anywhere now.

anybody want to save me before i start going through pc magazines' archive hell?

finally tried 98lite to install win98 and it's great (was on osr2 for ages). but the reg edit for this trick doesn't seem to be working. anybody know why?
