Alt/Tab causing problems

when I use alt/tab to minimize a game screen and return to windows...can't get back to the game screen by clicking it on the toolbar..comes back up with a blank screen...
recently installed a voodoo 3d card...could that cause the problem?...and how can I fix it??
also note...must use ctrl/alt/del to get out of the blank game screen.....

You really shouldnt hit alt-tab with a voodoo, glide wasnt really meant to go into the swap file that easy, it all depends on your setup, some peoples can, some cant. Ive seen different cases of this and sometimes ive seen it crash the system. Although a TNT can handle it fine. Try hitting alt-enter instead to multi-task, that may still cause the same thing though.
