Finally got roadrunner cable modem yesterday.
Man is it fast but I want to tweak it to the max. It's in my blood. Anyone know of some good hack sites to dial this thing in? Got a d/l at 7:00 this morning from a zdnet ftp server at 110KB/s using windows default settings! Most http sites around 20-50.I think I can get a little better. I wish everbody could have fast access and I feel very fortunate to get this. Another thing- I caught the cable guys asleep at the switch
and saved 50 bucks on the install! Man I'm still laughing about that-how many times do you get a chance to gig the cable co.? ROFLOL
