Photoshop and Webdesign

Hi people, my name is Noel I'm 14, my dad is michaeln a user of this forum so i decided to post a query.
I am trying photoshop out because I am interested in graphic and webdesign, but it is quite complicated and I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a proper tutorial on how to make forum sigs and website templates? any help would be greatly appreciated.
