window~1.bmk missing

My laptop gives me the message that it can't find Window~1.bmk along with an extremely loud and long beep on startup.
I have to admit, I myself deleted that file one day because I assumed it was just some kind of backup file.
But now I can't find anywhere that references it or why it is trying to find it. I actually found the file in the trash can and put it back but it isn't finding that one.
Any one know what I should do?

The .bmk is the file extension for a bookmark file.

Edit: The only thing I can think of suggesting is to replace the file from the WIN disk through SFC, if you have Win98.

Win95 I believe you must extract from the .cab file.
