I'm trying to flash the bios on this board but I keep getting the "insufficient memory" display. has anybody else had this problem with award flash bios or soyo6ba+111. thx

Try pressing "control" and F5 at boot. This prevents something from loading (Drivespace I think) and freeing up memory to flash.
