Steam client issue....server unable to identify number or ID??? what the ???

Boy .. its either all good or this happens...

I was just palying on my usual server and the Steam logo came up after disconnecting me ..saying it could not identify my status or number??? Connectivity problems it said.

Thats a bummer.... I hope someone hasn't stolden my acct. or info somewhere... What is up with this???

happens to me occasionally, just go into options and logout and then log back in and you should be good

It worked after I reopened steam ... What i do not understand is when you start a game they have the auto update feature built into thier client server base. Why did it not do its job this time.

In any case, again it turned out oK and all is well... Whew! for a while there I thought someone had stoden my pasword and client prilidges somehow.

This was the first time it happened to me. LOL

P.S. My typing stinks... ever notice i have laot of editing in my posts.....?? it is because i have to read over my writing and edit all the mispelled words and letters that are backwards :eek: :rolleyes: :r
