Suggestion for movie upload/sharing

I want to be able to share my relatively small (3-10mb) movie clips that I take with my digital camera (MP3's) with my friends just like you can with stills on ofoto.com etc.

Has anybody a good suggestion? I have only seen ftp upload and all that is too complicated for my mom or non-technical firends to use.

www.orb.com. And it's free. You will need decent bandwidth (dsl or cable) and have your machine on, cause your machine acts as the server. I am doing it now. Gave a password and sign-in to friends and family, they go to the orb website and log in and see the latest photos and videos of the kids etc. I can even watch tv remotely, such as from my laptop, on my home machine that has a tuner/capture card. Nice when I am sitting in an airport and my flight has been delayed for another two hours or out at the pool.
