I once had a file on my desktop(c:\do.. and settings\xxx\desktop\xxx),and I deleted it some months ago.

Yestoday, I wanted to try Kis\Kav 2006 beta. But maybe because in China, it was impossible for me to update it so I removed it from my pc. Then I installed Symantec AntiVirus 8.1 Corporate Edition and scaned my pc after successful updating. But after scanning, the deleted file xxx came on to my desktop! It is 0k. I tried to delete it. But systom said that "can not read source file ". Then I uninstalled the Symantec AntiVirus 8.1 Corporate Edition. But,still, I could not delete that file. I restarted my pc and enter security mode of XP. But I failed to delete it.

I am the administrator of my pc.

I am so confused and what should or can I do?

How to delete it from my pc?

Ok,thx to all. I implied the software named "delete fxp files" and it solved the problem successfully.
You can get further information from http://www.experts-exchange.com/Operating_Systems/WinXP/Q_20791525.html about how to delete some files under winders system.
And from http://www.jrtwine.com/ we can get some useful software such as delete fxp files.
I hope my case can be benefit to all.
Thanks again.
