I've just put this system together and all I needed was the memory. I could not wait until I got it so I borrowed some from a friend and the system works great. So I go and online to buy some memory and this is incrediable. Its almost $200 for 64MB PC100 SDRAM. For now I'll have to settle for the 32MB I saw for $100. MAN THIS SUCKS

Just wait a month or two.

If you go to www.pricewatch.com (http://www.pricewatch.com) and click on the 'System' link under "memory", and then find the memory size you want, there are some much better prices ($88 is the lowest posted there for 64MB PC100). Don't know how reliable the vendors are, though /forum/frown.gif

Just a tip. Many of the resins that are used to make the memory are season specific because of oil use. Since they are primarily made in Asia, you should buy your memory during the Asian summer months when they are using more ofe the petro-chemicles for products and not for fuel.
