Also how do you overclock your memory?? Lastly is 4.5 X 112 multipler faster than
4.5X100?????? Thanks you guys.. And oh yeah, if there is someone here who is using EPOX MVP3C mobo, please reply.. All info will be very much appreciated... Thanks. /forum/smile.gif

As usual, your L2 Cache is always turned on. However, you can turn it off, but that would result a slower speed.

Example: 4.5 X 100 = 450mhz(L2 Cache on)
but, with l2 cache off, you'll probably have a processor running around 300mhz or even lower.

To overclock your memory, it's what Brian said, but you will need to make some adjustement in your BIOS to improve your memory performance. To do that, you will need to adjust the settings for the CAS Latency. If it's PC100mhz, it should support up to 124mhz. But, higher than that, you'll need to buy faster Ram.

Sorry, can't help with mobo.

1. Your L2 cache should already be enabled. Some BIOS will permit you to adjust the latency if you need to. Otherwise, leave it alone unless you've got stability problems.

2. How much depends on your processor:

PII/PIII = 512k (1/2 speed)
C300a and above = 128k (full speed)
C266-C333 = zero - no L2 cache

3. You memory is already overclocked when you increase your FSB

4. Well, what do you think?

5. Never used that brand of MB.
