I purchased a computer from a guy and was going to get on the internet with it. I found while talking to the tech at the server it doesn't have dialup networking under the control panel. I went to "find"(files & folder)and it was there but said could not find path. It's a windows 95. What can I do? It does have a icon on the desktop that say's "connect to the internet. Click on it and it is a wizard. I appreciate your help ASAP.

The dial up networking folder should be visible when you open My Computer. Beyond that, check out windows help files.

Provided you find no Dialup Networking through MY Computer or through Windows Explorer, you'll need to install from a Win95 CD. Not difficult.

Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Click on the second tab 'Windows Setup'. Select Communication, hitting details and putting an check in Dialup Networking. Click ok, ok, and it'll prompt you for the win95 CD, and install what it needs...

dats it, dats all

In case you don't have the CD, dial-up networking (DUN) 1.3 can be downloaded from several places off the net. I actually had to do so last night. It didn't solve my problems though... I wish you better luck.

go to my computer, control panel, add/remov programs, windows setup or something like that ( middle icon on the top.. sorry i'm at work and we don't use windows here ) then go to connectivity or something like that then click details check to see if you have the dialup networking installed, if not install it by checking the block then put your windows95 cd.... sorry i couldn't really point the names to click, but at least that gives you an idea..
