How do I change a duel boot os to a single os?

Im looking to have my Windows 2000 be the main and only boot os without having to reinstall everything. The reason why im doing this is because my Win98 C drive is failing which causes Win2000 blue-screen :rolleyes:

My setup is as follows:
C: drive is Win98se
D: drive is Win2000 (is setup to see fat32 system)

So if anyone knows what files are needed to copy over and edit to change the boot sequence, fdisk etc... Appreciate the info! :t

All you need to do is to delete the one line in the d:\boot.ini file used by the Win2K boot loaded that references the Win98 partition.
