Mon. 17" XENON, M7000DF, 30-70 kHz, 0.23 mm,

Which one should I go for and what is the difference between them???
BTW I'm completely clueless about monitors and have no clue why is kHz important or this 0.20something, whatever...can someone explain???

Also can any monitor fit any PC??? I mean, my PC is older than 5 yrs and I know that is a problem when I buy mouse so I don't want surprises here as well. Thank you...

I am also in the search for a 17 inch CRT monitor, i used to have an NEC FE791SB 17'' CRT, but it broke unfortunetly, too bad though cause that was the best 17 inch monitor i have ever came across in my whole life! I have never used a 17 inch monitor that was so awesome as that one was. It's also ashame that that model is no longer in production and sold anywhere! I cant find another one like that anywhere!

I would like to know if anybody out there knows of any monitor that would compare with this one, i want the best 17'' CRT monitor, and i dont care how much i have to pay for it either. Im a gamer BTW.

Mon. 17" SAMSUNG, SM797MB, 30-96 kHz, 0.20 mm, DynaflatX

Any of them should do the trick but I like Samsung so I'd go with this one...

Good luck! :D

I would go with something like this link if I were to get a crt. Viewsonic has never let me down.

Mon. 17" SAMSUNG, SM797MB, 30-96 kHz, 0.20 mm, DynaflatX

I'd have to agree with Direct1 on this. This looks like it is going to be the best gaming monitor out of those you listed above.
