A way to delay re-connection of network drives?

I have a couple drives mapped to my server. When I restart I get a bubble that says "Not all network drives could be re-connected" because I think it's trying to connect before the wireless connection connects.
Is there a way to delay the time in windows that it takes on startup to reconnect mapped drives?
