BIOS failure.. help!

Hi I just upgarded the BIOS from my A-Trend ATC6310 Board.. everything went fine.. unltil when it started upgrading it.. it went about 98% until it said "Warning: Failure to upgrade" or something like that... so I shuted it down and now a get no video.. What should I do?? Did anything get damaged?Why did it failure?
