What is This??

I checked under my system settings today and noticed a yellow '!' next to something in 'Other Devices' called PCI System Management Bus...I checked the properties and there is no driver installed for this thing. When I went to install one from the Win 98 CD-ROM, one could not be found, nor could I find one on any of the driver websites.

I just purhcased a new video card (Savage 4 PCI, 32 meg) and it is barely working...the computer freezes a lot even when I set the color depth to 16 bit, 800x600 with NO acceleration. Could it be possible that my video card problems root from this 'PCI System Management Bus' Device?

From my limited resources, I have heard of problem running the 32 MB cards on older Mobos. You may need to update you BIOS. Don't quote me on it though. I will say that, I work part time in computers at a local electronics store and have had this card returned almost 100% of the time. It is a poor attempt by Creative. I have heard of people getting it to work fine though. They have posted in here, so maybe they have a better fix. Check the posts from the past few days. Otherwise good luck.
