notebook cant boot up :(

i have a notebook Ilufa 820t
cpu: cyrix 5x86/100
16mb ram, 820M h/d
i havent power up it arround 5 month,
then, i cant boot up from floppy , h/d,
even i cant access setup bios.
(or while power up i hold any key for a few
second... it cant show the access setup bios
hotkey.. /forum/frown.gif
and i also move out the floppy and h/d
while boot up.
can anyone help me..... thkx a lot !

See if the battery is low or need to be charged. If you have an adapter see if the cable is still working.

A little more info would be helpful. Are you plugged in or using battery. WHen you say it won't boot, do you get any display at all or hang at a certain point. Etc....
