Outlook 2000 Issue!

I don't understand Outlook 2000 and the way it deals with attachments. I send an e-mail's with attachments in MS Outlook 2000 and anybody that opens it in MS Outlook Express (Explorer 5.0) doesn't get my attachments. But if you send & receive the e-mail using MS Outlook 2000 you get the attachments. What the hell? Also in MS Outlook Express you can import pictures right into the document. In MS Office 2000 you can't. It just shows it be a .jpg or .bmp item. What's going on?? Thanks!!!

I don't have the 2000 Office components yet. It sounds like (if it isn't a bug) some options aren't setup. There ought to be a menu access to such options, "show/send pictures in document" and the like.
