I have a Celeron 300A and an FIC VB601 MB that shows at bootup-"Voltage is Abnormal-System may hang-PLS see voltage in CFeature of setup"
I have a new 300W power supply-is this the processor or a motherboard problem?

This would have nothing to do with the powersupply, but rather how much Volts the board is feeding to the CPU. The default for the celeron is 2.0v
Up to 2.2 should be safe with default cooling.
Check out what your voltage is at (either by entering the BIOS setup by pressing delete at the boot up screen or by looking at jumpers if it doesnt say in there)
