2x modems on one machine?

Is it possible to run 2 modems (1 internal & 1 external) on the one machine?
They're both installed at the moment but PnP wont recognise them both, but then there's also no conflicts as I would have expected...

If I can what's the trick?

I beleive I can set the internal modems irq via a jumper....is that the solution?

Which modem is detected at this point without conflict and what IRQ and COM is it set at?

Any 2 Modems can be recongnized by one machine if there are no IRQ conflicts, although not simultaneously unless you have some program that allows them to work together, such as Diamonds shotgun technology.
