im putting a computer together for a friend - i got all the stuff together, and i turn it on, and it turns on fine and everything works. i get into dos, and then i went to turn the power off, but when i hit the power button, the pc speaker goes BEEP BEEP BEEP and then everything freezes, and the only way to turn it off is to unplug it. ive tried moving and flipping the power connector (from the case to the mobo) to every possible way and combination, but nothing will fix it. it is a packard bell 930 mobo - any ideas/suggestions?
