I want to buy a 19" Flat Panel monitor. I've seen them priced between 280.00 and 400.00+. I use my PC mainly for music apps and internet surfing...NOT Gaming. I'd like to spend around 300.00 Can it be done???:confused:

I've been to Best Buy, Fryes etc. Even Walmart had them for 299.00

Any suggestions???:)
