im having a problem all of a sudden copying cds to my computer, im doing it like i always do in wmp, but now, when i try to copy, it automatically plays the cd, i cant stop it from playing unless i stop the copying, and it copies at the speed it takes to play the whole cd. total ****. it should take like 4-5 min. and without even having to play the cd. anybody know how i can fix this??
i have wmp9 and im running windows 2000.
oh, and i already tried unisntalling it and reinstalling it, didnt help.

Did u do any Windows updates of WMP just b4 this started? It could be the DRM messing with ya... There's a new copy prtection out an it aint friendly to PC's DVD or CD. I bought 2 DVD recently from Wal-Mart an they wont play on my DVD-ROM an my DVD-RW it's all garbled, have to use anti protection measures just to watch my bought DVD's now... I use ISOBuster for music CD's, never failes...
