You are complete moron if you want to draft your own legal documents. Get a lawyer! That way if something goes wrong you have somebody to blame! :p

im 18, and techincally its not one of those "legal" documents...

basically...its just saying im interested in purchasing this at this price....

i do all my legal stuff with my lawyers....

You certainly don't need a lawyer to buy or sell real estate. All they are going to do is pick your pockets while you are bent over for them. Any hand written letter of intent to buy is perfectly acceptable. Take it to a title company and let them handle it from there.
