Drag and Drop

Help..I lost drag and drop, and cut and paste (except in Word)...It must be a O/S conflict, because it works in safe mode. Any ideas?

It is a secu issue. Go to the properties of internet explorer that is open up IE and then click view , internet options then click secu tab and custom level button.. look for drag drop paste copy. and enable bullet.
