Does anyone know if the drive that is being cloned to has to be clean? Or will it over write the stuff on it.

no it just write it over so no format and stuff


i use it all the times i have a recent image on cd made ith my writer and after 10 minuites i have a fresh windows !!

We use it all the time. The ideal thing to do is to get the system right where you want it (meaning right after a fresh installation of the operating system and all programs and patches) and ghost it then.
