RAM boosting program Good or Bad?

I am using a RAM boosting program called Rambooster and it seems to help my system run a lot smoother, but was wondering if anyone knows if this is bad for the system or what kinda harm it can cause. I have a 400mhz amdk6-2 processor and 160mb of PC100 ram.

Sweeper- try www.download.com. I got Rambooster there as freeware about 6 months ago. Works pretty good, especially on older machines with less than 64 megs of RAM.
