Hi, I have downloaded a driver from the internet for an ATI All In Wonder Pro 4MB (for Video Card).I was hoping that I could get the latest version of the driver. I went ahead and install it to my PC. Unfortunately,
my computer freezes up when I boot up my machine. Could I have downloaded the wrong driver? How should I resolve this problem that I'm having? I even tried the safe mode
but the cdrom is not being recognized or is not visible. How can I get my pc to go back to normal again? Please help!

Try booting again, go to BIOS and try to clear your CMOS. If this does not work, try replacing the graphics card. Good Luck!

How about going back in in safe mode, changing your video adapter to Standard VGA, uninstalling the video driver software from Add/Remove programs and rebooting.

You will end up with your adapter set to standard, but then should be able to load up the older drivers that you were using and get the system running once again.

Any problems, post back... /forum/smile.gif
