Abit Bx6 rev2 that doesn't boot at all

i have a Abit Bx6 rev2 with a 366 celeron, 128Mb Pc100SDRAM. My computer will turn on but nothing will come up. My monitor will stay in standby.
Every component has checked out except the CPU and the motherboard.
HERE'S THE CLINCHER
The PC speaker will beep regularly for 2 sec at even intervals. It used to work after I cleared the CMOS. I tried that when it beeped the first time, and now it won't diplay antthing at all.

As I understand it, beep usually indicate a vidcard or RAM problem, but you said all your other components check out.

Perhaps someone else has some idea?
