Software question

I'm running windows 98. I opened a webpage and then opened a second page with the first still open. The problem is the second page won't fully open. I can't maxamize it so I can't see it all. Is there something in 98 I can alter to fix this? I can't drag it bigger either. Help!:t

Ok, found out how to make it bigger. After trying everything, I accidently hit the "tab" button, and that did the trick!
