Is it conceivable that memory could cause hard drives to crash and become unrepairable. I have had a couple of hard drives go bad on me recently. I have a 128mb pc-100 dimm and I was wondering if it could be the problem.
Thanks.

Kramer,

From my experiances with computers is that you will have corrupted data when memory goes bad. usually what kills a harddrive to the point that it is unrepairable (beyond format repairs) is power problems (surges/brownouts ect. If you have lost 2 harddrives in a very short while I would be checking into better surge protection or better yet a UPS (uninteruptable power supply) system!
