For the first time in a long time we are having someone else host our web site. It was in house but the web programmers that did it failed to tell us it was done in cold fusion. So I set up a hosts file to resolve to the web page out side our internal network. All of the computers are now able to resolve to the web page, but one.
I really have no ideas as to what to check next?

I am not sure what is the problem but if your site is hosted out side of your Network you do not need the host file.
Flush the DNS cahe on all computers.
Use this command to flush the resolver cache:
ipconfig /flushdns

Then run ipconfig /registerdns and edit the hosts to delete the static entry, at least on the one having the problem but I'm thinking there must be some reason you were hosts to resolve an external IP. Routing issues? Odd internal DNS setup?
Actually for an external site you probably don't even need to use the registerdns switch but it won't hurt either

Kind of an odd setup in house.
