Man JM, the worst thing I have ever done was punch my CDroms shut for screwing up a burn for the umpteenth time. It stripped the drawers out but I needed new ones anyway.
Well at least I needed a burner before the punch. After the punch I needed both. :t

Nothing surprises me any more, at least where your hardware destructive tendancies are involved.

I get my 17" LCDs for between 340 and 375 aussie dollars (for the good brands). So considering that the exchange rate is .40p per dollar you brits are being royally ripped off :(

Don't go all glib on me. I'm stagered that stuff costs so much over there. You'd almost be better off buying from overseas, even with the shipping you'd still pay about 1/3 less.
Dunno if I'd want an LCD shipped from overseas though.
